Updated and rephrased doesn't work

I've used this in the past and the results have been fine. I have permanent eyelashes. They are long and quite full. When using curlers I have to use heated and conventional curlers to curl them so they still have a slight lift when applying mascara. After the mascara dries, I need to curl again. Even in the salon, my lashes had to be treated twice. When I first used this product I had just enough buoyancy to hold it after using the tongs and mascara. Also, you could see my lashes without curling or mascara, which made my makeup-free days better. I bought a new set as my old set was in storage and open for 2 months during the Vegas summer. I knew it wouldn't be good anymore. 1-Glad they now include a lower lash pad, applicators and coils. 2-Glue is a different compound. The pads could hardly be glued on. Lashes were impossible. It took me longer to get my lashes onto the pads than onto the perm. The 3rd knew from experience that it was necessary to let the solution stand longer (20 minutes). I've even used plastic to hold my lashes in one eye and my finger in the other eye. When all was said and done I literally have 1 lash (1 hair) with a nice curl, 2 lashes with a touch of lift and the rest of the lashes are straighter than before. Maybe it was a bad batch. Luckily, Revain returned the money and didn't ask for a refund. Planning on trying another brand?
