5 of the 12 sets ordered were damaged due to warping of the packaging. I contacted CS who replied and offered a $10 refund. It was 1/2 the total cost of these sets. I have requested a replacement for 3 really bad sets AND a refund but have had no response from CS. It's been over a week now. Most of the remaining 7 sets had tiny cutting errors in some of the bandages but I didn't pay attention because they were so small. Now that CS hasn't responded, I'd like to point that out. I expect a quality product and unfortunately it was NOT. Several other customers have posted warnings about these packages on the FB group I am a part of with almost 5,000 members. I have NEVER written a bad product review, but I felt others should be cautioned against doing so.
