I like big maps (and I cannot lie)
I know these aren't topographical maps but I am surprised, however, that in a U.S. map almost 12 sq. ft. that Lakes Okefenokee, Tahoe, and Pontchartrain are not labeled but lakes Winnipeg and Nipigon in Canada are. Nor can I find Breckenridge or Aspen in CO (maybe small but economically significant). I can see a giant lake outside Burlington, VT that I would love to know the name of.And the World Map? Only two cities north of Yellowknife in Canada are labeled, one city in all of Greenland, and the New Hebrides islands aren't labeled. These maps are for K-12 Americans and I don't mean that in no nice way.
- It provides a detailed look at the political climate of different regions
- The map's size makes it effectively impossible to mount in most apartments or smaller rooms
