Very happy to have found this product! My finger base is a size 3 and my ring is a size 3.5. This made the ring feel very loose and slipped/rolled around my finger in the most annoying way, especially when washing my hands.My ring shank is 1.4 (the thinnest of them all?) and I used the smallest size in this package which fits perfectly.The package contains 4 long strands any size. The ring now fits much more comfortably, snugly and doesn't rotate at all. Seriously, the best $5 I've ever spent. It looks a bit odd in the photos, but it's actually very small, thin, and wearing Helps make the ring feel a lot more comfortable. The ring now feels "one with my finger" instead of slipping, spinning and flapping all over the place. I haven't had any issues with calluses or discomfort. To wear this : I put the product on the ring and then put lotion on it to slide it over my wrist. It was tough but it worked! It would probably be difficult to put this product on with the ring already on the finger instead of putting it on the ring first and then putting both on the finger. To take off: I apply lotion to the ring and product to keep things smooth. up and then I grab one end of the spiral plastic with my nails, pull tight and the spiral immediately unwraps from the ring, then I got around to removing the ring as normal.
