Probably my fault but I still can't layer a beer even with this thing. Maybe I need to change my beer. I use bottled Harp and Guinness Stout and they mix all the time. What am I doing wrong? Should I use canned stout? Update: I used a can of stout (nitrogen) and swam on a Guinness production camp. Looks better but still not as crisp as I would like. Not bad as I drink winners and losers alike. I'm pleased but would like to make the poorer ones clearer between light and dark beers. Well, the pouring will continue.
