Review on 💡 AOLEAD 9006/HB4 LED Headlight Bulbs - 60W 12000 Lumens - Ultra-Bright 6000K CSP Chips Conversion Kit by Chris Munns

I have pretty good mechanical skills but I had trouble fitting these bulbs. My Tacoma has a rubber boot that surrounds the back of the headlight. It was impossible to fix the lights in the adapters with a built-in trunk. After trying to secure the light in place, I finally realized I could just keep my wellies on. Without shoes, the lights snap in quite easily. It seems to me that the power cord to the light is interfering with the rubber boot making it extremely difficult if not impossible to slide the light far enough to rotate it into the locked position. I removed the battery from one side and the washer reservoir from the other to make room for the headlights. Now I'm thinking that since these headlights have small fans to cool the LEDs, maybe not having a cover on the back of the headlight would allow for better airflow around the headlight.
