My picky 18 lb cat who gets hairballs needed something to help as she was vomiting hairballs every day. She has diabetes and the vet tried to give me the gel but she refused to eat it. This treat has it in the treat so my cat swallows it and hasn't vomited yet. No diabetic sugar spikes or diarrhea. I would recommend this treatment. I did it 3 times a day and then after 1 week lowered it to 2 times a day. To me it stinks but my cat loves them. They arrived in perfect condition, on time and not overdue. This product also contains omega fatty acids, which also help with dry coats.
