I was pleasantly surprised by these bed sheets. They arrived in a box with tissue paper and a cute tag that would have been nice enough to give as gifts, although I bought them for my child. These sheets are made from soft jersey and are stretchy enough to fit my thin bassinet mattress without bunching or bunching. I use it on a bassinet mattress of about 28 x 18 oval sizes only about 1 inch thick. The elastic is a wide band and lies flat. The fabric is thicker than some of the other sheets I've tried and the sheets are sewn well. I've washed them once (with warm water, dried on low heat) and haven't noticed any shrinkage. I hope they get even softer with more washes.
