A well built watchband that will be durable and fits my Garmin vivo music 3 perfect. The long version fit my 8 1/2 " wrist with enough excess to tuck in the slider. The active watches are not supposed to be tight and need extra length to adjust it just right. If there was any con to the band it would be that it is stiffer than most, but this keeps the watch from falling off your wrist during workouts and may become more flexible in time.
