I bought this set for my wife who is interested in rock art but has never worked with it. Since she didn't know if she really wanted to paint rocks or paint with pencils or whatever, I bought her this set so she can try everything. The tools and materials in this set are of rather low quality, but I expected that. It was just a test kit so nothing special was required and it would have been a good fit for a child. But if you're a creative adult who wants to make better things, you need better materials. GREAT starter kit, but even my new wife has outgrown it.
