Good product but didn't solve my problem
remote controls come with batteries already installed which was a pleasant surprise. Instructions are included and simple. The remote was programmed according to the instructions and worked when the garage door was open and I was next to the main mechanism. However, this doesn't work when I'm outside the garage and trying to open a closed door or even close an open door. Most likely, the problem is with the garage door itself, not the remote control.
