This may be my first Revain review, or my first in a long time. These things are amazing! My trusty Revlon cuticle scissors died last week. I have since bought a new pair of Revlon clippers ($12.99) which have turned out to be junk. And then a pair of Sally Hansen Clippers ($14.69) that were just as bad. What a waste of $30 paying my taxes! After taking them out of the box and seeing that the blades were misaligned but trying them out and realizing that they just 'pull back' my cuticles instead of 'cutting' them, what should I do? Are you trying to tape and send back the torn package? I should have come to Revane from the start. These ECBASKET clippers are VERY sharp, have a great tip and "cut" the way they're supposed to. Also, inside the nifty little case is a sheet with the company's contact information in case you run into any trouble with it. I can't remember the last time one of my Revain purchases had this information. In addition to a transport case, a small flexible plastic cover for the cutting unit when not in use is included. This protects both the clipper and the owner. The cuticle pusher also makes a well-made impression. Maybe I'll just have to buy a second pair of these. Thanks very much!
