Customer support is not helpful.

Cool scanner but terrible support. Mine won't connect to my laptop or get updates for it. I'm wondering if I can send it back. Sent an email and they sent me 2 emails neither of which helped. Like talking to someone in a country that doesn't speak English? Sent me a link to a download site that I've already tried to use. The files won't open without a program I can't find. Very disappointed as I love the Scannet myself. Not being able to connect to my computer pretty much negates the purchase of a 510 for me.
