So with this product I couldn't get it to work properly with the windshield in my car and it left me very frustrated. In fact, I turned down this product twice before even thinking of putting it in my husband's car. Be patient with the mount. After trying it in my husband's car it was perfect. So it was just my truck. I switch cars with my husband to try and I love it. He is very happy with the attachment in his car. When you hold the phone the product doesn't move much so it just stays in place. This cradle feature is extremely useful for talking while driving. If you have a great speakerphone, this is a great tool to use with the product. This product was purchased at a discount or for free in exchange for an honest review. I have had this product for quite some time now and feel my review is my complete experience.
