The best thing about this software is its ease of use as well has being able to track employee's performance throughout their employment with us which was not previously possible in our old system! It could have been more user friendly but I think it gets better each time we update or upgrade so far no issues just minor things like missing icons etc..

Nothing really bad at all would recommend using if they are looking into internal redeplooymnt interviews! Tracking potential new hires progress through out there career path within an organization also helps keep everyone abreast when changes may occur internally such hiring/firing ect...
