I like how it is easy enough so anyone can use this software without any training or experience needed at all! It was very helpful in determining if someone would fit into my organization's culture as an employee who has been with us since day one (15 years). The only thing we didn't really find useful were some of their features such as "employee suggestions" which allowed me to give feedback about what they could improve upon within our department but not necessarily outside…

Pros
  • Easy access, ability for non tech savvy employees too be involved easily; user friendly interface that enables quick assessments between interviewers + interviewees alike ; good support staff available online anytime during business hours should issues arise.
Cons
  • Sometimes questions seem repetitive? Can sometimes cause confusion

Very easy and efficient way for tracking re-deployment

The best thing about this software is its ease of use as well has being able to track employee's performance throughout their employment with us which was not previously possible in our old system! It could have been more user friendly but I think it gets better each time we update or upgrade so far no issues just minor things like missing icons etc.. Nothing really bad at all would recommend using if they are looking into internal redeplooymnt interviews! Tracking potential new hires progress

Good tool for storing internal info, need more functionalities

The platform is easy enought o use if you have an IT background with experience in CRM/ERP systems or similar software applications (such as Salesforce). We've been able to successfully implement this product into our HR department which has helped us get rid of any manual processes around employee onboarding and redeployments within our organization. There are some features we'd like but it's definitely not broken yet! It hasn't really added much value outside what other platforms can do…

  • Very intuitive UI makes everything very convenient even while there isn’t necessarily allot going

I like how easy it is! It's pretty self-explanatory so there aren't too many things i dislike about this program at all but maybe if they could add more features or make some of them easier/more user friendly? Maybe allow users who are not trained in using software such as these programs (like myself) can use their own computer rather than having an employee do everything themselves which would take away from time spent training new hires etc.? Easy to use for Internal re-deployment interview process

I like how easy it is as an employer or recruiter of staff in hiring new people into my team! It's so much easier than having someone come down from head office every time there has been changes needed within our organisation which can take ages when they do happen but this way we are able fix these issues quicker with less hassle!!
