I like how easy it is as an employer or recruiter of staff in hiring new people into my team! It's so much easier than having someone come down from head office every time there has been changes needed within our organisation which can take ages when they do happen but this way we are able fix these issues quicker with less hassle!! Nothing really bad about internal redeplooymnt interviews at all just some minor things would make life simpler if possible such as being more specific what level up each person must have reached before applying etc.. But overall great software & service provided by Teamwork Recruiters who were hired me through them too.
