I like how easy it was set up with my current insurance carrier as well when adding new carriers in future years will be easier than having another agent do all of this work time consuming process by hand! Nothing really dislike but would love if they could have more customizable options available so we can customize our own user interface/looks rather then just their standard look & feel (which seems very similar across most companies). Bizmanualz has a very user friendly interface and the help system is great too. I'm not sure how it compares to other similar products but I am happy with the system.
