The customer service is top-notch. They are always willing to help with any questions or concerns you may have. I've been using BizManualz since they first started their business. Their customer service has always been great! There really isn't anything I dislike about this product. If you are looking for a simple way to organize your procedures and policies in one place, then this is the program for you. I am able to easily find policies that relate to my job. It also allows me to easily share those policies with other departments within my company.
