The ease of use! I have been able to set up my processes quickly with very little assistance from our IT department or support staff at this point in time because it's so intuitively easy once you've figured out how everything works together (and they are constantly updating new features). There aren't many things about bizonalzu as an all-inclusive suite/toolset - there just isn't anything we dislike specifically right now other than lack of more robust analytics capabilities beyond what can be done manually by myself when logging into each site individually. This has made managing multiple sites much easier since previously one would need two systems running if wanting to do something like manage several websites under different departments within your business simultaneously.
