Review on Bizmanualz OnPolicy by William Groupp

I like how easy it was set up with my current insurance carrier as well when adding new carriers in future years will be easier than having another agent do all of this work time consuming process by hand! Nothing really dislike but would love if they could have more customizable options available so we can customize our own user interface/looks rather then just their standard look & feel (which seems very similar across most companies).

We are solving an issue where there were too many manual steps required between agents handling claims vs what should happen automatically without human intervention or delays from getting approvals etc..
