I like how easy it is! It's pretty self-explanatory so there aren't too many things i dislike about this program at all but maybe if they could add more features or make some of them easier/more user friendly? Maybe allow users who are not trained in using software such as these programs (like myself) can use their own computer rather than having an employee do everything themselves which would take away from time spent training new hires etc.? We've been able track our interviews with ease & quickly get feedback when needed without wasting any valuable resources doing paperwork manually by hand each week - saving us tons upon hours every month!!
