Waste of money good for me
I purchased this extended protection for my TV and unfortunately found it to be a waste of money. As my tests showed, the customer service is slow and unresponsive. The only benefit was the peace of mind that if something did go wrong, I would be covered. However, the lack of responsiveness and support makes me question if that is even worth it. Overall disappointed with this purchase, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking to protect their electronics.
