I like how easy it is to use, and how inexpensive it is. It's also easy to install, and the customer service is always there to help. I dislike that I can't have a phone number that is local. I also dislike how you can't have a normal voicemail. You can only have an email where you can listen to a message, but you can't leave a voicemail. It's also hard to navigate when you're having a conversation with someone. You cant see the other person's screen so it's hard to read their emails or texts. It's a great alternative to an actual landline. We use it for our business, and it's great for conference calls and meeting.
