Very user friendly and streamlined interface for all users
I love how easy it was setup out front end as well backend admin side which makes managing my insurance portfolio very simple! The only thing i dislike about coriZANCE at this point would be their customer support team has been slow responding or not responsive when they do respond but overall great product!! We are able ease our claim process by using CORIZENCE Insurance Management Software we were having issues tracking claims from different sources (insurance carriers) into ONE system so now everything goes through 1 portal making life easier!
Pros
- Easy to use intuitive interface.
- Ability for users with varying computer experience levels due its mobile capabilities
- In depth reporting capability that can keep up your organization's performance metrics easily without complex programming effort required
Cons
- I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
