I like that it is an easy system for tracking employee's time off, vacation days etc with reminders when they are due! It can be confusing at times but once you get used to how everything works in general this isn't much of issue anymore (I think).
The interface could use some work as well - sometimes there seems no way out if something needs correcting or changing after initial inputting data into payroll systems such as ours; however we have found ways around these issues by contacting our support team through chat/email which helps resolve any problems quickly without having to wait too long before getting feedback from them about what was required done so far regarding changes made. Easy process to keep up-to date record keeping & management information all together under one roof!!
