These shoes are a hybrid of sneakers and dress shoes. These are sneakers with a leather pattern on the back, like classic shoes. It definitely fits the wider side, so I have to tighten the laces. Besides, it fits well. When I first put it on I felt it wasn't very comfortable but after 10 minutes I felt it was a perfect fit on my foot. The shoes are very breathable but not waterproof at all. The look is really nice, it's more of a fashion sneaker, but it's very comfortable and the quality is really great. Stacey Adams knows what she's doing, and by the way, if you're a person who uses orthotics, the orthotics fit snugly and fit perfectly.
