They are said to be very broad and adaptable. Bought for my LO who wears CMO. They are so difficult to put on even after both pads have been removed. My LO is repelled by these shoes, although my LO loves shoes and has always enjoyed wearing other shoes that conform. After wearing it for a few weeks, I noticed the beginning of a blister on the top of his big toe, like the foot was shrinking from lack of width. I would really like my money back as now I need to buy a new pair of shoes even though they are only about 2 weeks old!
