Have been using this for a few weeks and still works like clockwork! I have to admit that I am very impressed with this product which I rarely use. It steams instantly in less than 10 seconds and it takes me 60 seconds to remove about 90% of the wrinkles from most of my clothes. Even tried on my costume which I wore after a long time and looked brand new after the stream. The best part is that my wife uses it more easily than the last one I received as a kettle with a very uncomfortable handle and you have to take the head off to add water. I also had to take the block with me for fear of getting the fork wet. It has a detachable click reservoir which is such a relief, plus the average reservoir size is also large and it's enough for about 3-4 very crumpled fabrics. It is very important to note that you must push the water tank in firmly to get continuous vapor, otherwise it will vaporize jerkily. The length of the cord is my only concern at the moment and I think it can easily be extended from the current 6ft to 8-9ft.
