Although the packing crate was quite beat up by UPS, the treadmill was so well packed for shipment it wasn't damaged at all. Once it was out of the crate and carried upstairs with the help of a neighbor [weighed slightly over 100 lbs!] it took me only about 10 minutes to set up. Runs like a champ! While this machine doesn't provide inclines or a lot of other fancy whistles and bells, it serves my purpose as a good, strong treadmill for walking and jogging. There are both cheaper and MUCH more expensive treadmills on the market, but for the average person looking for exercise, Advenor has made a perfect machine. Highly recommended.
