The item looks exactly like the picture and looks like a quality shirt. I am 5ft 1in 92lbs. female and ordered a medium sized boy. Fits perfectly. I might have even gotten along with a small one, but I'm not sure (in any case, I'm happy with the medium one, it fits very well).
