Picture is deceptive. My scarf is 21 x 71 at best. If you stretch it a lot you might be able to squeeze out an inch or two. It cannot be double wrapped as shown in the picture and will not cover more than an inch or two below your shoulders when worn as a shawl. If you fold it in half and look at the neck, the scarf and fringe will hang down 1 inch. However, it is very soft and cuddly. If you are looking for a scarf that will keep your neck warm and soft to the touch at a great price then go for it. However, if you are looking for a large scarf that you can wrap around yourself like in the pictures, you will be disappointed.
