Allegedly silicone - no. It is a plastic with minimal silicon content and is too rigid. You are not working. They don't seal well enough to prevent water from leaking into the tub and sink. Also the supposed sucker on the one I have doesn't work either; The handles aren't even the right shape to be suction cups. To return.
