Review on TYC 20-5651-00 Toyota 4 Runner Passenger Side Headlight Assembly - High Quality Replacement Part by Joe Martin

I purchased this headlight assembly to replace the headlights on my 2002 4Runner along with the passenger side TYC 20-5651-00. Item shipped quickly (Prime) and packed very well in TYC boxes. The headlight itself (glass and reflective housing) is of good quality. I happened to modify these new HID custom cases and found the reflective chrome backing to be brittle to handle. For those who do not disassemble these headlights, this is not a problem. However, the rear of the build isn't as solid as the stock mount. If you stock the originals and your only concern is to replace the worn or fogged lens on your headlights, I recommend pairing the new headlight with the old rear bracket. This wasn't an option for me as my original headlight bracket didn't have all of the original target parts installed. The new bracket flexed significantly when tightened, but did not break during multiple install/removal upgrades. I would give it 3.5 stars (if I could) because it does its job as intended, but the quality isn't OEM.
