I love these massage balls, I had injured my lower back on the right side, and while recovering I was over compensating my left side lower back and thigh. I had a coworker turn me on to the massage ball, and OMG! Just a few times a day for just a few minutes massage with the ball up against the wall and while sitting in the chair, the next morning I woke up absolutely NO pain on my left lower back/thigh leg area. I was amazed and then looked online and bought the Lacrosse Balls from WODFitters because they were the best value and quality I saw.
