I purchased a Xiaomi luggage classic 20" suitcase. We relied on reviews and purchased a suitcase from this seller. The suitcase came in a different model, namely Xiaomi mi suitcase series 20", which is a more budget model and has a different color and a different logo on the suitcase handles. Made a return order. The suitcase came in two days from the date of payment for the order. But the refund had to wait a week. The return status "on the way" was for 6 days. When asked where the suitcase is, support cannot say anything. They redirect the appeal to "specialists" with whom it is impossible to contact directly, they promise that the specialists will call back, but then they said that they can only answer the mail. In the future, the aliexpress support chat simply ignored all messages. I had to clarify the issue on the hotline, which also did not say anything informative except about raising the status of the appeal. On the 7th day, after my message that we will further resolve the issue through Rospotrebnadzor, the suitcase abruptly appeared at the seller’s check and the process of refunding began. As a result, a lot of spent nerves, a long wait and ignoring the support service, which has no information about the status of the return.
