I used it after using the Cleanse it Out gel cleanser. You only need a tiny penny amount. This scrub is heavily loaded with sugar, so use carefully and gently. My face hurt a little after using this. After applying the product in a circular motion, I removed it with a damp cloth. You can see how much sugar is on my tissue. In any case, only use this once a week, no need to peel off all layers of skin. Although the product works. It doesn't smell and after use my skin felt comfortable and tight. I would recommend it.
