Pants worked great. They have tapered elastic sides for a better fit. My son wore them all day in the rain and snow. It stayed warm and dry but not too warm when the sun came out. They are fleece lined but not lined for boots so snow/moisture could get on the leg but we didn't. I am satisfied with the quality and he is satisfied with the comfort. He is almost 9-4 feet 8.5 inches tall, weighs 62 pounds and has a 22 inch waist. I ordered 10/12, they are a little large in the waist but held up well. Season.
