Instructions were very easy. The details were all intact. Came with assembly tools so no screwdrivers needed. I like it. Just take it out of the box and start setting up. Fast setup. It did not last long. Adjustments up and down are fine. You can also adjust the incline. You adjust the spring with a knob. All of that was good. It made a strange noise when tilted. I didn't like it very much. What didn't bother me was that the lumbar plate was broken. As shown in the picture. It comes off easily and looks like it fell off the chair. This is not the part that is bolted during installation. I would give 4 or 5 stars. And it's not like that part can be left, because if it's not there, you're leaning on the leg, and that's going to be inconvenient. In general, if everything were in order, this would be a decent chair. However, since the part supporting the lower back was broken, this makes the buyer "beware".
