Small diameter pens only

They hold well and can be placed anywhere you need them. The only problem is that the elastic loop that holds the pen is so small that you really can't fit anything bigger than a regular pencil. Most of my pens are larger than this which severely detracts from utility. A slightly longer piece of elastic for the buttonhole is sufficient.
