Great for now. suitable for kitchen and dining room
I liked this wireless device until it broke. About the 5th or 6th time I used it, it started showing high (400+) temperatures as soon as I turned it on. I removed all batteries to restart both sides to no avail. I went back to my 10 year old meat thermometer and threw away the new one. It was good while it lasted.
