Integritie (USA), LLC - Intuitive GUI - Needs Improvement
The ability to have both a web-based and on-premise version of the tool is great. I like the ability to use the tool on the go, as well as in the office. I dislike the fact that you can't use the tool in the office, only on the go. Also, the system is not always intuitive. At first, I thought I could not get my information to sync. It turns out I had to make some changes to the user interface. It took me a while to figure out how to get it to work. I also had issues with the tool crashing. We use this tool to keep track of our contacts and their information.
Pros
- That we are able access everything from anywhere using an app or mobile site no matter what device! Very useful for those who travel often but still need visibility into your accounts..or just want peace at home without having all devices connected/updates when working remotely during inclement weather conditions etc..Also good because many other products don’t offer such flexibility across platforms.It offers much more than most competitors do including integration via
