The ability to have both a web-based and on-premise version of the tool is great. I like the ability to use the tool on the go, as well as in the office. I dislike the fact that you can't use the tool in the office, only on the go. Also, the system is not always intuitive. At first, I thought I could not get my information to sync. It turns out I had to make some changes to the user interface. It took me a while to figure out how to get it to work. I also had issues with the tool crashing. We use this tool to keep track of our contacts and their information.
