Review on 🐱 Almo Nature HQS Natural Variety Pack Grain Free - Chicken with Pumpkin, Chicken Breast, Tuna, Chicken & Cheese - Adult Cat Canned Wet Food by Beth Martin

We have tried many different cat foods that contain pure or mostly real meat - mild, dehydrated etc. At the moment our favorite of ours 3 Cats is Applaws tuna and crab flavored food. Open to make your own tuna sandwich or casserole. I also like Applaws because it comes in a small plastic container with no sharp edges, so you can serve it right in the bowl it comes in. No stirring or anything like that, just remove the top and serve. They also sell it in traditional metal cat food containers, but I buy it in plastic containers that you can feed straight from. a real thing you could open to serve your family. It has 4 flavors - chicken and cheese, tuna, regular chicken, chicken with pumpkin. My cats are more mixed on these flavors - they all like tuna but not as much as tuna and shrimp, one cat likes chicken and cheese, two licked the juice from regular chicken but didn't seem to eat meat, and chicken and squash none at all didn't like it (what kind of cat - an obligatory predator - wants to eat a pumpkin?). This Almo Nature cat food comes in a traditional metal tin which leaves sharp edges when opened, so you can't serve it in a container and have to switch to a bowl. This is a major con for me as it's less convenient and more wasteful as you have to mess up another serving container. If it wasn't for that, I might have used the tuna and other fish versions for my cats. However, Applaws is so convenient that it's hard to move away from it. I gave it 4 stars because my cat doesn't really like the taste of the chicken and the container is less convenient.
