Was skeptical about purchasing but ended up being the BEST shoe I have ever worn! I have trouble staying on my feet for long periods of time, swelling, pain and walking long distances. I bought this for a trip to Disney and was able to walk and stand for 17 hours the first time I wore it! It was amazing walking on a cloud. Nothing on the shoe can rub against your foot! The sole still holds up and they go a long way. If you get wide ones, order 1/2 size down or they might be too big. I'm really 9w but all my other shoes are 9 1/2 because they aren't wide. Even when I first got these shoes, I thought at first that 9W is too big, so I bought 8.5W, but they were too small, so I left 9W. And after I got used to it, posed I find that it's not big at all, it's just right! Give it a chance!
