No instructions but very basic. I attached it to the cinder block wall with cranes. I tried placing the stand against the wall and then marking the holes, but when I assembled the stand it was slightly warped and the stand wasn't perfectly level when I attached it to the wall. So I pulled out all the fasteners and tackled it from a different angle. I measured out a rough pattern of screws and then traced the holes on the wall with a spirit level and square. With a perfectly even and square bolt pattern on the wall, I took my time and slowly tightened each attachment point until the stud was as hard as a rock on a mortar wall. I put a level on it to make sure it's even and even. After attaching the rack to the wall, I checked its strength. It'll last longer than I'll ever wear. The kit included large spacers and screws. I have no idea what their purpose is.
