NOT fully lined! best in Skullies & Beanies

Very disappointed! Was looking for a good quality hat as I was having brain surgery and the cut/scar area will be sensitive to the cold this Autumn/Winter especially if it's windy. The product description says it is lined BUT only about two inches of ribbon/tape is lined (just enough to cover your ears). Completely useless for me! The item description must clearly state that this hat is only partially lined! As far as I know, this is false advertising. To return!
