So far, so good in my review

This is our 2nd climbing rope (not from the same vendor, just in general. We do hang them outside from a tree so they are not protected from the weather. The 1st one lasted about 2 years before breaking, hoping to get at least that from this one. Rope is sturdy, the loop and wrapped end both seem very well put together. My teenager is out there daily, climbing up and down to increase his fitness. While its only been a few weeks, very happy with the purchase at this time.

Pros
  • The rope is easy to clean and maintain
Cons
  • It can be loud when used in a quiet space

great climbing rope for a tree house!

I got this climbing rope for the tree house I made for my kids. The rope seems to be of good quality and is soft on the hands but still grippy. The flexibility is also good. Not too stiff and not too loose.I also like the construction and finish of The rope, like how the spliced loop and the end of the rope are tightly shrink-wrapped with a thick plastic.I gave it four stars only because I believe there is no perfect and there is always room for improvement.

Pros
  • 6 Types of Length, 1.5 inch Diameter
Cons
  • It takes time to master the proper technique

Durable but stretches over time

The rope is great for workouts. I and my wife started climbing and the first couple of days our hands hurt like there is no tomorrow. Now we can climb up a couple of times in a row without any issues. The rope hangs on a tree. We live northwest of Chicago, so we get rain, wind, sun, and everything else, no snow yet. Lately, after a few heavy showers of rain, we had a week of sun and the rope dried out. It stretched out and became thinner. the diameter of the rope is not 1.5in anymore but more…

Couldn't be more pleased with this product

This product has been great. My children and I are having lots of fun and getting exercise and strength along the way.The existing hardware and loop mean you can click it onto another mount or rope and also loop the loop around a beam, branch, or pole.In the picture below I looped a disregarded ratchet strap band around a limb and couple times, then tied it together with a square not. I then used the included hardware to connect the rope to the straps. This prevents any ware and tare on the…

Pros
  • Easy to install and fix
Cons
  • Requires a high ceiling for those aiming to climb high distances

Three weeks outside and still like new! Great Rope!

Really happy with this product, at the beginning I was concerned how the rope was going to perform being outside all the time, and New England weather is not the friendliest. So after three weeks of heavy use (Crossfit) and couple of heavy rainstorms, the rope is still like new. No need, to bring it inside, now I feel OK for leaving outside all the time. Definitely a great product for the quality and price.

Pros
  • Allows for both vertical and horizontal climbing
Cons
  • It can cause blisters if not used with proper gloves

Great Rope, Great Price

I bought the ropes for a CrossFit competition. I needed them quickly, they arrived quickly, and the event went very well.Since the competition, rope climbs have appeared in about seven class workouts. Generally, there are between 5 - 10 athletes that use a rope during a class workout. And we run five class workouts throughout the day. So quick math - let's say each rope was used about 100x so far (give or take rope climb reps in a workout). I don't see any visible tearing. Clean up afterward is

Pros
  • Provides a unique and challenging workout that can help prevent workout boredom
Cons
  • It may not fit in with certain types of workout routines

Excellent Value Quality Rope For Athletic Conditioning

I am very happy with my purchase and I think it was a great value for the money. I have two competitive gymnasts and was looking for a way for them to do more conditioning at home as well as improve their rope climbIng speed. They said this rope feels very similar to the one they have at the gym. It is very sturdy and has great grip so they don’t have trouble with their hands slipping like some other ropes we have tried. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a inexpensive…

Pros
  • Can be used for both individual and group workouts
Cons
  • It can be expensive compared to other gym equipment

Great Product on my review.

I just installed this Perantlb climbing rope. Great quality, great grip and very little shedding. I wanted to stay with a natural fiber rope because synthetic can be slippery but natural fiber ropes tend to shed. I previously had a Rogue climbing rope but it made to much of a mess for an inside climbing rope. Little to no shedding with the Perantlb climbing rope. I would definitely recommend this product.

Pros
  • Perantlb Heavy Duty Exercise Climbing Rope is ideal for cross-training
Cons
  • It may not be suitable for use in humid environments

Great climbing rope

Kids love the climbing rope. Thick enough for adults to use as well. The ends are sealed well so it won't come apart easily.

Pros
  • Provides a safe, low-impact workout that can be used by those recovering from injury
Cons
  • It may not be suitable for all types of fitness goals

Smooth, sturdy, and excellent value for the money

I can't think of any downside to this rope so far! I haven't used it long enough to notice any stretching or shedding. However, since I'll be using it primarily outside, shedding won't be an issue, and I won't mind some stretching. The addition of the heavy duty carabiner was a nice touch and makes it easy to hang up. The rope has been useful so far in workouts! I have it hooked up to an old wooden post in our backyard that we weren't using. It will definitely get a lot of use! I have also…

Pros
  • Provides a fun and engaging way to get in shape
Cons
  • It may not be suitable for gyms with low ceilings

Sturdy, good quality climbing rope for children and adults

Rope arrived within less than 3 days nicely packed with basic instructions on how to tie to a hook. It is a sturdy climbing rope and testing it with my kids I can confirm that the 1.5 inch diameter works well both for children and adults. It is much better suited for climbing than the standard thin nylon ropes you get for kids' playgrounds/swing sets (see picture comparing the much thinner nylon rope hanging to the left vs. this climbing rope hanging to the right). I bought a 30 foot rope with…

Pros
  • The rope is versatile and can be used in a variety of settings, from gyms to playgrounds
Cons
  • It may not offer enough resistance for some users

Excellent value. Good 25 foot length climbing rope

I cross train. I have both a 10 foot length in my indoor gym and a 25 foot length for my 17 foot outdoor climbing tower. Both work well. I have additional ropes and these are as good or better. Satisfied. It provides me my fix. I love climbing gym ropes and have since I was a kid. I also climbed in the Army. It is a tremendous conditioning exercise. I don't leave the rope outside though. It takes me three minutes to put up with a throw line and extension rod and less time to take down. I rope…

Pros
  • Provides an excellent way to improve balance and stability
Cons
  • Not recommended for those with severe back problems

Great product. Sturdy. perfect diameter for climbing

I hung this exercise rope in our gazebo. I like the integral loop at the end for hanging because I do believe it will hold up better than my old rope which had two metal plates bolted to the end for hanging. The old rope deteriorated beneath the metal and eventually was unsafe. The carabiner allowed easy attachment and the feel of the rope was not too harsh and is easy to use without gloves. Overall a great product. I would recommend this to a friend.

Pros
  • Helps improve overall flexibility and range of motion
Cons
  • It may not be suitable for people with limited mobility

Best accessory for basement or garage gym!

Durable and affordable. Nice texture, not too slippery not too rough. Fibers hold up without shed. No smell. Thank you That's my review!

Pros
  • Provides a low-impact workout that is ideal for those who may have joint issues
Cons
  • The rope may have a strong odor when first unpackaged

Great for excercise, and health!

Great quilaty rope👍, value for money, bought it for tree climbing in my backyard, bought 25 feet, since my tree alows me to put that high one. Tried to climb once put it on, did climb maybe for now about 1/3 of the lenght, pretty sure will catch up and climb all the way up. I'm pretty sure it is great for most of body muscless and great for health!

Pros
  • Rope
Cons
  • It's not suitable for people who have a fear of heights

Hefty rope for climbing and exercising

This rope is great for climbing exercises and upper body training. I use it for cross-training with an exercise group that I'm a part of.This is a natural fiber rope so it will shed some fibers, and will deteriorate if left outside. Bear that in mind when selecting a location to hang it.It does have a bit of a smell on unpackaging, but that airs out.

Pros
  • The ultimate addition to any fitness enthusiast's collection
Cons
  • It may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions

Amazing rope good for me

This rope is great and is made to last. I have been using it mainly for sled pull. I also for legless rope climbs on my rack. Over all a great product worth the prices and worth a buy.

Pros
  • Rope, Cord & Webbing
Cons
  • Not recommended for outdoor use

1.25 is thick rope: my feedback

Using for a rope swing 1.25 inches is a thick rope. It is soft and comfortable and heavy. A child can grab it, but it fits an adults hand better. For the price its great.

Pros
  • Heavy-duty construction ensures safety and stability during use
Cons
  • It's not suitable for those who struggle with balance

Perfect for my small private gym.

I purchased this rope for my small private gym. I have about 50 clients who all have different needs. This rope has been perfect for clients from 110 lbs to over 300 lbs. The material is soft enough so it doesn't hurt to grip it while climbing, but strong enough to hold my heaviest clients as well. From climbing to pulling sleds, this has been a great tool for my gym and I use it every week.

Pros
  • Suitable for use in homes, schools, sports clubs, and more
Cons
  • It may not be suitable for those with nerve damage

Good value for my opinion

Good value for sisal of this size. Seems a bit weakly woven, but is holding up. The end is well sealed, and the loop seems to have been back braided into itself OK but a bit loose. The canvas protecting the loop is way too large, which causes it to bunch up when you try to insert a D ring through it. One thing with sisal - remember that hungry squirrels will gnaw on it.

Pros
  • Climbing
Cons
  • The diameter may be too thick for some users
