I should have known better than to buy a smart device without first asking a technician for help. This is completely inconvenient for a non-technical person. It won't connect because apparently my wifi didn't have the right speed. This information was hidden in the device's specs, so I didn't notice the problem until I tried to connect it. I just passed the return date on this product so now it's just a piece of e-waste to throw in the trash. Very disappointed because I had high hopes of being able to remotely turn on the lamp in my room. Spring.
