If I had written my review the day it arrived it would have been 5 stars. Unfortunately, the upper heel seam on the left slipper had an error that caused the leather to rub against the heel. After being refused for several hours, I had to print out a return (exchange) label and hope that there would be no problems with the exchange. Now to the topic. Natural suede upper with fleece lining. Subtle padding and typical moccasin seams with leather laces. The fit (13EEE) is a bit too big. I tightened the laces and that seemed to take care of it. I would be better off with an even size 13 or 12EEE. UPDATE: So yesterday I printed my exchange tag and dropped off my slippers at the UPS store. Replacement is on the way today. They were in my hands less than 24 hours after informing Revain of the need for an exchange. It's hard to beat this. By the way, they are free from defects.
