These skewers are just what I was looking for. First, they're made of high-quality stainless steel, and they're also short enough to fit in my Weber Smokey Joe or compact oven. A couple of features I appreciate are that they are flat and wide enough to prevent food from rotating on skewers. when they get hot, and that they don't have those useless round knobs that keep me from closing the lid on the grill, or worse, when the knobs are wooden, meaning they don't go in my grill or oven can reach. Another thing I love about these skewers is that they come with a very durable storage tube that takes up very little space when I store my skewers. I use skewers quite often so I know exactly what I want and that's it.
